How to order by Check:

3) Submit the form by clicking the "Submit" button below.

A minimum 50% deposit is required for confirmation of reservation.
Balance due immediately following the completion of your performance. Balance payable by check, cash or pre-approved credit card.
Minimum deposit must be received two weeks prior to the event for confirmation.
