The
size of a MARIACHI group (number of musicians)
can vary in size according to your needs and occasion.
MARIACHI MENU/PRICES*
(*All prices quoted are for a two-
(2) hour performance. Additional performance time
will be charged in one-hour increments. Additional
mileage fees will apply for travel beyond
a fifty (50) mile radius from Pasadena.)

TRIOS
 Although
not considered a MARIACHI group, a Trio can be
appropriate for a small, intimate setting.
The
development of a "Trio" dates back to the early
1940's when famous Trios like Los Panchos, Los
Tres Aces and Los Diamantes made this style of
music popular during the "Epoca de Oro" or Golden
Film era of Mexico. These famous Trios were often
depicted in upscale nightclubs dressed in business
suits and ties and therefore do not always wear
the traditional Mariachi outfits. Trios are also
appropriately dressed in white "guayabera" shirts.
Trios,
traditionally play romantic ballads and boleros
and are made up of three musicians playing; violin,
guitar and vihuela or guitarron.
TRIO GROUP - (3) musicians

Recommended for intimate settings
and small dinner parties where the trio can roam
a room.

MARIACHIS

A true MARIACHI group must
have a minimum of instruments to offer the
full range and sound of a MARIACHI. These
instruments should include a violin, trumpet,
guitarron, vihuela and guitar. Adding more
musicians will enhance their presence,
performance, sound and your satisfaction.
